These terms are an agreement between you and Libromi for using Gsheet CRM (gsheetcrm.com). Creating an account means you accept them. They’re written to be read; if anything is unclear, ask us at support@libromi.com.
Gsheet CRM turns a Google Sheet you own into a leads board with follow-ups, reports, teams, automations, and (on eligible plans) an API and webhooks. The spreadsheet is the system of record; the service reads and writes it on your behalf using the one-file Google permission you grant.
Keep your sign-in credentials and API keys secret — actions taken through them count as yours. You’re responsible for the people you invite and the roles you give them. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.
Your customer records belong to you and live in your spreadsheet (see the Privacy Policy). You’re responsible for having the right to store the personal data you keep there — your customers are your customers, and the laws that apply to how you collected their details apply to you. We claim no ownership of anything in your sheet, and we only use it to provide the service to you.
Don’t use the service to:
We may suspend accounts doing these things, with notice where practical.
API access is part of eligible plans and is rate-limited per workspace. Keys can be revoked by you at any time and stop working if your plan no longer includes the API. Webhook endpoints you register receive your workspace’s data at the address you chose — pointing them somewhere is your call and your responsibility.
The service depends on Google’s APIs and on the providers listed in the Privacy Policy. If Google suspends your account or changes its APIs, parts of the service may stop working through no fault of ours; we’ll do our reasonable best to adapt.
We aim to keep the service up and improving, but it is provided “as is” — no guarantee of uninterrupted or error-free operation. We may add, change, or retire features; if we ever retire the service itself, we’ll give at least 60 days’ notice, and your spreadsheet keeps working regardless.
To the extent the law allows: we’re not liable for indirect losses (lost profits, lost business), and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.
You can stop any time: cancel your subscription, disconnect Google, and — if you wish — ask us to delete your account. We can terminate for material breach of these terms. Either way, your spreadsheet stays yours.
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. If we change the terms materially, we’ll update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app or by email; continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
